Junior Secretary | Sends meeting notices and agendas to members. Takes minutes during meetings. Handles correspondence. Manages records and documents. Prepares and shares the annual report with Junior Activity Members. | FILLED |
Junior Registrar | Keeps a record of all members. Records awards, exams, and competitions. Records expulsions and suspensions. | FILLED |
Water Safety Coordinator | Must hold a current Bronze Medallion. Organises water areas for Nippers and carnivals. Coordinates IRB assistance and water safety personnel. Monitors children’s safety during water events under the direction of the Patrol Captain and JAC. | FILLED |
Junior Publicity Officer Should this be Sponsorships Officer? | Promotes Junior Activities through press, social media, and TV. Advises on other publicity matters. | ? |
Carnival/Competition Organiser | Works with Beach and Water Captains and Age Managers to organize competitions. Heads the selection committees for nipper teams and representatives at carnivals. Keeps records of competitors and results. | OPEN? |
Uniform Steward | Orders and buys uniform items with Club Committee approval. Provides uniform items for purchase. Issues receipts and handles money transfer. | OPEN |

Junior Gear Steward | Stores and maintains Junior Activity equipment. Advises on equipment improvements. Keeps a detailed equipment list. | |
Age Managers X 9 U6 – U14 | Leads & Manages events for their age groups. Coordinates age group at carnivals. Ensures necessary preparations are done. Records children’s attendance and event results.
