NEW SUMMER WINE LIST

From this weekend, we will be showcasing Yarran Wines. Proudly awarded the 2021 ‘Darkhorse Winery of the Year’ by Australian Wine Companion – the Yarran name was selected from the national pool wineries as the up-and-coming winery to watch.

A vineyard that has spent the last 10 years committing to a more sustainable and organic approach to producing wines, they are leading the way in this space.

For your delight, we’ll have:

Yarran Cuvee Blanc NV Sparkling – A refreshing single batch Chardonnay sparkling. Showing fresh apple, tropical fruits, creamy palate and zesty finish

Yarran Organic Pinot Grigio – Picked in the cool of the night and pressed immediatelywith no de-stemming or crushing to minimise any colour pick up from the skins of grapes. Soft and light, easy drinking with slight tropical fruits and floral lift.

Yarran Shiraz – Aged with a combination of French and American oak, this wine displays ripe plum and spicy characters withsoft tannins

Yarran Montepulciano Rose – Light pale salmon in colour as a result of minimal skin contact. Produced from a single parcel of Riverina Montepulciano grapes; estate grown and lightly pressed. Dry, savoury, moreish Rose with light strawberry notes. A style perfectly paired with the warmer months
